The designer requires only a deposit before the start of the project. This deposit arrangement applies only to services (Wedding Video or Event Video/Photography) projects. All other service projects require immediate payment to confirm your request. Payment should be made within fourteen days of the invoice date. After this period, the client is in default and is liable to pay statutory interest, increased by 30%. If the designer incurs higher costs and/or performs additional work that is reasonably necessary, these costs will be passed on to the client. By paying the deposit, both the designer and the client agree to the stated terms and conditions.

The designer will make every effort and act to the best of their ability given the existing circumstances during the project. The client is obligated to make the conditions as favorable as possible for the designer and to take necessary measures, including but not limited to instructing other involved parties. The designer will deliver the images in their usual style, applying general image optimization to aspects such as lighting, color, contrast, and cropping. Any additional post-production work outside of this will only be done after consultation with the designer and may incur extra costs.

For a shooting day with one organizer, we charge approximately €1000. After this, editing begins. Your one-way trip is 15 kilometers or more, calculated from the address we have on file (the address where we sent the invitation).
