Article 1. Service Terms

AmraXismet applies the following terms for storing Video, Music, and Photo files: It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have the legal rights to store these files. AmraXismet is not liable for copyright infringement or other intellectual property rights violations. The user agrees that AmraXismet may analyze the files to comply with legal obligations or to improve the service. AmraXismet may take measures to ensure the security and integrity of the stored files but cannot provide an absolute guarantee against loss or damage. Sharing files with external parties occurs only with the owner's consent. AmraXismet reserves the right to delete files in case of a violation of these terms. Users understand that using storage services is at their own risk and that AmraXismet is not liable for any loss or damage to stored files.
 

Article 2. Copyright Rights

Your Copyright Rights AmraXismet uploads your digital files through a paid partnership. You do not pay upload fees or monthly promotion costs. By uploading your digital files via AmraXismet's web service, you agree to the terms within AmraXismet. Digital photos, videos, sounds, and music files are deleted from the computer system within 14 days of receipt or dispatch of digital products.
 

Article 3. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law, and such notices must be reported to us via email. We reserve the right to remove or disable content alleged to be infringing and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders. Our designated agent for notification of alleged copyright infringement on the Services is: AmraXismet@hotmail.com.

Our Release Service With our Release Service, you can make your recordings (as defined below) available for digital stores and streaming.
 

Article 4. Liability

AmraXismet applies the following terms for the deletion of digital files: File deletion may occur in the event of violations of applicable laws and regulations, copyright infringement, or in cases where the owner does not have legal rights to store the files. AmraXismet may also delete files that violate our acceptable use guidelines, such as distributing harmful software or containing illegal material. In case of deletion, AmraXismet strives to notify the owner in a timely manner unless it is not possible due to legal or security reasons. AmraXismet is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the deletion of files. It is the user's responsibility to regularly back up their files.
